Studies on fluorenscence resonance energy transfer between CdS nanoparticles and DOCAI dyes

The water-soluble CdS nanoparticles were synthesized in aqueous solution. A novel fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) system with CdS nanoparticles as energy donors and 3,30-diethyl-oxadicarbocyanine iodide (DOCAI) dyes as energy accepter has been developed.     

环己硅烷类液晶化合物的量子化学研究

运用AM1和PM3两种SCF-MO方法，通过能量梯度全优化计算，给出20种环己硅烷类（苯基乙烷系）液晶化合物的稳定几何构型、电子结构和基本性质．联系有机电子结构理论进行了细致的讨论．     

Application of diaza-18-crown-6-capped beta-cyclodextrin bonded silica particles as chiral stationary phases for ultrahigh pressure capillary liquid chromatography

Two bonded chiral stationary phases (CSPs), 8-aminoquinoline-2-ylmethyl- and 8-aminoquinoline-7-ylmethyl-diaza-18-crown-6-capped [3-(2-O-beta-cyclodextrin)-2-hydroxypropoxy]propylsilyl silica particles (non-porous, 1.5 microm), have been prepared and evaluated using capillary liquid chromatography at high pressures (> or = 8000 p.s.i.). High column efficiency (up to 400 000 plates m(-1)) was achieved for chiral separations. These CSPs with two recognition sites, i.e. substituted-diaza-18-crown-6 and beta-cyclodextrin combined with high chromatographic efficiency provide good resolution of a variety of enantiomers and positional isomers in relatively short times under reversed-phase conditions. After inclusion of a Ni (II) ion from the mobile phase, the positively charged crown ether-capped beta-cyclodextrin facilitates specific static, dipolar, and host-guest complexation interactions with solutes.     

苏丹Ⅰ与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用特征

利用荧光技术研究了在人体生理酸度条件下,苏丹Ⅰ与牛血清白蛋白相互作用,发现苏丹Ⅰ对牛血清白蛋白有较强的荧光猝灭作用,用Stern-Volmer和Line Weaver-Burk方程处理荧光猝灭数据,得到了反应的结合常数、结合热力学性质和结合位点等参数。根据热力学常数确定了该药物与血清白蛋白之间的作用力类型,在此基础上依据F rster非辐射能量转移机理探讨了苏丹Ⅰ与BSA相互结合时其供体-受体间的距离。     

冷态德士古气化炉流场与停留时间分布的研究

测定了德士古气化炉的冷态速度分布和停留时间分布。结果表明：德士古气化炉内在轴向２．５～３．０倍直径范围内存在回流，最大回流量为射流量的３．５倍左右；在平均停留时间之前，已有５０％左右的物料逸出炉外。本文指出，德士古气化炉中存在的问题，如结渣、耐火砖寿命短、有效气体成分偏低均与炉内流场有关。     

Photocatalytic Oxidation of Aniline in the Gas Phase Using Porous TiO2 Thin Films

The gas-phase photocatalytic oxidation of aniline on a new kind of porous nano-TiO₂ composite films is investigated. The composite film was prepared on glass fiber with the water glass as binders and dilute H₂SO₄ solution as solidifying reagent. The surface characters were observed by scanning electron microscope. The photocatalytic degradation of aniline on the composite films was carried out in a TiO₂/UV system. Some important factors affecting the photodegradation, such as the concentration of TiO₂, the initial concentration of aniline, and the existing water vapor, are also studied. The product of photocatalytic oxidation was detected by Fourier transform-Infrared. The partial intermediate products were absorbed on TiO₂ surface, which resulted in catalyst deactivation. But when it was irradiated under UV illumination or solar irradiation for some time, the catalyst could be reused without loss of catalytic activity. Synthesis, band structure, and optical properties of Ba2ZnV2O8

A novel compound Ba₂ZnV₂O₈ has been synthesized in high temperature solution reaction and its crystal structure has been characterized by means of single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic system and belongs to space group P2₁/c with a=7.9050(16), b=16.149(3), , β=90.49(3). It builds up from 1-D branchy chains of [ZnV₂O₈⁴⁻]_∞, and the Ba²⁺ cations are located in the space among these chains. The IR spectrum, ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection integral spectrum and fluorescent spectra of this compound have been investigated. The calculated results of energy band structure by the density functional theory method show that the solid-state compound of Ba₂ZnV₂O₈ is an insulator with direct band gap of 3.48 eV. The calculated total and partial density of states indicate that the top valence bands are contributions from the mixings of O-2p, V-3d, and Zn-3d states and low conduction bands mostly originate from unoccupied antibonding states between the V-3d and O-2p states. The V-O bonds are mostly covalence characters and Zn-O bonds are mostly ionic interactions, and the ionic interaction strength is stronger between the Ba-O than between the Zn-O. The refractive index of n_x, n_y, and n_z is estimated to be 1.7453, 1.7469, and 1.7126, respectively, at wavelength of 1060 nm for Ba₂ZnV₂O₈ crystal.     

Development of a modified beta-cyclodextrin based fluorosensor for dipyridamole

2,6-O-diethyl-β-cyclodextrins were prepared and immobilized onto silica gel to develop a fluorosensor for dipyridamole. The analytical performance characteristics of the proposed sensor for analysis of dipyridamole were as follows: the detection limit was 0.8 nmol/L with a relative standard deviation of 1.4% for 10 determinations of 50 nmol/L of dipyridamole. The modification of β-CD improved the sensitivity and selectivity for measuring dipyridamole. The recommended method has been successfully tested for the determination of dipyridamole in clinical samples (urine and pharmaceutical preparations). TONO萃取金(Ⅳ)及其机理的研究

本文研究在盐酸介质中以三辛胺氮氧化物(分子式为(C_8H)O,简称TOO),萃取金(Ⅲ)的行为及其机理。用等温曲线、斜率、Job法、紫外光谱、摩尔电导、红外和核磁共振等方法确定了萃合物的组成,表明系由两个TOO分子和H~+发生氢键作用,并与AuCl形成离子缔合物,其组成可表述为[TON0…H~+…0NOT]AuCl_4-。     

Preparation and structural characterization of a hexanuclear molybdenum (II) cluster containing carboxylate ligands (Bu4N)2[Mo6(μ3-Cl)8(O2CMe)6]

The hexamolybdenum cluster complex [Mo₆(₃-Cl)₈(O₂CMe)₆]^2–, 1 was isolated as the Bu₄N⁺ salt in 71% yield from the reaction of (Bu₄N)₂[Mo₆(₃-Cl)₈Cl₆] with AgO₂CMe in CH₂Cl₂ solvent. The compound was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The cluster contains an octahedral arrangement of six molybdenum atoms with eight chloride ligands bridging the eight trianglar faces and six carboxylate ligands terminally coordinated through one oxygen atom to each of the six molybdenum atoms.
